Returns and refunds

At KERA NEXT, your satisfaction comes first. Two protections apply to every order: our commercial "30-day money-back" guarantee and your statutory right of withdrawal.

"Money-back" guarantee: 30 days

If the results do not suit you, you have 30 days from delivery of your order to request a refund, even if the products have been opened and used. Just write to us through the Contact page, giving your order number and, if you wish, the reason you were not satisfied (it helps us improve, but it is not a condition).

The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after the request is approved. This guarantee applies once per customer and per product.

Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. For cosmetic products, this right can only be exercised if the products are unopened and still sealed (Article L221-28 5°, protection of health and hygiene). Unsealed products are then covered by our 30-day commercial guarantee, which is more generous.

How to return an item

Once agreed, if we ask for the products to be sent back, they must be returned to the address given in our reply, in their original packaging where possible. Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless we made a mistake (wrong product, damaged on arrival).

Damaged or incorrect product

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will send a replacement or refund you in full, delivery costs included.
