Where we deliver
KERA NEXT delivers throughout the European Union and to the United States. European orders are dispatched from within the European Union, and United States orders are dispatched from a fulfilment centre located in the United States, so there are no customs formalities and no import fees on any order.
Delivery times and costs
- France: usually 5 to 7 working days. €8.90, free on orders over €49.
- France Express: 1 to 2 working days, €10.99.
- Rest of the European Union: usually 5 to 9 working days. €8.90, free on orders over €49.
- United States (mainland addresses): usually 2 working days of preparation plus 2 to 5 working days of delivery. Shipping is charged at the equivalent of €8.90 in US dollars and is free on orders over the equivalent of €42 (about $49). Prices are shown in US dollars.
The available delivery methods, their prices and the destinations served are shown at checkout, based on the address entered. Prices are shown in euros, tax included, or in US dollars for the United States.
The times quoted are estimates in working days. They can be affected by the carrier, public holidays or force majeure.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation containing the tracking number or link is sent as soon as the order is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery address
Customers must check that their name, address, postcode and contact details are correct and complete before confirming the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been confirmed.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcel
If there is a significant delay, if a parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or if a product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contact@keranext-haircare.com or from the Contact page, giving your order number. For a damaged product, attach clear photographs of the product and of the shipping packaging so that we can open an investigation with our logistics partner and the carrier.
