This policy describes how KERA NEXT collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit keranext-haircare.com or place an order. KERA NEXT is the controller of your data.

Data collected

Depending on how you use the site, we collect: order data (name, delivery and billing addresses, e-mail, phone number, products purchased), account data if you create one, your exchanges with our customer service, and browsing data (device, IP address, pages viewed) through cookies subject to your consent. Payment data is processed directly by certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna): KERA NEXT never has access to it.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used to: fulfil and track your order (performance of the contract), answer your requests (legitimate interest), keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), meet our accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation), and measure audience or personalise content only with your consent.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service: Shopify (store hosting), our order preparation and shipping partner, carriers and payment providers. It is neither sold nor rented.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (notably Shopify) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by recognised safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

Order data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, then archived for the statutory periods (10 years for accounting records). Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
