Terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale govern all orders placed on keranext-haircare.com, published by Younes Boukobaa, sole trader, trading under the business name KERA NEXT (see Legal notice). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
1. Products
KERA NEXT sells keratin hair care. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations (shade, packaging) may occur. Results may vary depending on the nature and condition of the hair.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed: €8.90 in France and throughout the rest of the European Union, free on orders over €49. KERA NEXT reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is placed.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been approved. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the address provided. KERA NEXT reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or any order placed in bad faith.
4. Payment
Payment is made online through a secure connection (bank cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, or instalment payment via Klarna, subject to availability). Payment data is processed by certified providers; KERA NEXT never has access to it.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered throughout the European Union, with tracking. The indicative delivery time is 5 to 7 working days in France and 5 to 9 working days elsewhere in the European Union, from the order. Orders are dispatched from within the European Union, so there are no customs formalities and no import fees. 6. Right of withdrawal and "money-back" guarantee
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery (products unopened and still sealed, Art. L221-28 5°). In addition, KERA NEXT offers a 30-day commercial "money-back" guarantee, valid even on products that have been opened. Full details: Returns and refunds.
7. Statutory guarantees
All products come with the statutory guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Consumers resident in another Member State of the European Union also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
8. Liability
These products are cosmetics: they are neither medicines nor medical devices. It is up to the customer to check the INCI list in case of a known allergy and to follow the instructions for use. KERA NEXT cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: contact us at contact@keranext-haircare.com before taking any other step. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the competent courts have jurisdiction.
